Final Inspection Count: 2 Down, 2 To Go

At loong last, the final mechanical inspection passed today. The final electrical inspection is scheduled for tomorrow. I'll take some pictures as soon as there is a gap in the rain...it may be a few days. Final CO = FF&E Funds.

My goal is to start moving in Labor Day weekend.

Cool Days in the Summer

The mechanical contractor is done! Here is the ductwork above the closet. I wasn't about to lose closet space for an air handler. One of the guys at the office said, "when you have a small space, you have to treat it like a boat."

The doors are pretty much the only new thing you can see from the outside.
