One of the fees the City charges is $350 fee for the Street Tree Trust Fund. I just now noticed that I was assessed and paid this fee. The only problem with this is that I already have a tree - a nice large oak tree. Since I'm looking for any additional funds I can get, I drafted a letter requesting the refund.
